Here’s a great article about the proven benefits of pilates. I personally love it, have been doing it for some time now and it helped me a great deal in strengthening my core and back, increasing my ROM and just muscle endurance in general. It’s very low impact and easily modifiable for people with injuries or mobility impairments.

Is your water bottle really that safe?

Many bottles and various plastic products pride themselves of being BPA free, inspiring confidence to buy and use them. I personally prefer metal vs plastic, especially after coming across this article on “motherjones” . 

Many of us don’t realize how important proper hormonal balance is for our health and our body’s optimum functioning.  Give it a read, educate yourself and make wise choices.
