A very powerful video – must watch

I was directed towards this video and it really made me think, I see a lot of young people and  a lot of mothers around me. I remember how I was fed as a kid. I remember the candy sprees, the fattening food, trips to McDonalds, endless ice cream outings. All lead to me being overweight. What did I know or even care? It tasted good, so I wanted more.
